Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in the jurisdictions where they operate.
Business Integrity and Anti-Corruption
Suppliers must prohibit bribery, corruption, and unethical practices, and maintain transparent and accountable business operations.
Political Neutrality
Suppliers must not use their relationship with KEX Express to support or oppose political parties or activities in a manner that could create misunderstanding or reputational risk.
No Gift and Improper Benefits
Suppliers must not offer or provide gifts, cash, entertainment, or other improper benefits to influence business decisions.
Conflict of Interest
Suppliers must avoid situations that create actual or perceived conflicts of interest with KEX Express personnel.
Product and Service Responsibility
Suppliers must provide goods and services that meet applicable quality and safety standards and must not provide misleading or false information.
Data Protection and Confidentiality
Suppliers must safeguard customer data, personal information, and confidential business information, and implement appropriate internal controls to prevent misuse.
Human Rights and Fair Labor
Suppliers must respect human rights, prohibit child labor and forced labor, ensure fair employment practices, and maintain safe and healthy working conditions.
Environmental Responsibility
Suppliers must promote efficient use of natural resources, minimize environmental impact, and support sustainable environmental practices.
Community and Social Responsibility
Suppliers must operate as responsible corporate citizens, support community development, and provide channels for community feedback where appropriate.
