How can I track my parcel?

There are four ways of tracking your parcel status with KEX.

The four channels where you can track and trace your parcel status are: KEX website, KEX Mobile Application , our Live Chat and KEX LINE Official account. On all these channels, simply input your parcel number and your parcel status be shown.

When encountering problems with delivery with the notice ‘unable to contact destination’, what should I do?

We will contact your delivery destination and arrange to deliver your parcel the following day.

When faced with delivery issues where the destination phone number is incorrect, what should I do?

We will contact the sender to request the correct phone number. When the correct number is retrieved, we will deliver your parcel to its destination the following day.
However, if the receiver notifies that the destination phone number is incorrect, they can contact our Call Centre to notify the correct phone number by dialing 1217

When encountering delivery issues where the destination is incorrect, what should I do?

We will contact the sender to review the destination address. To change the parcel’s destination, the same delivery fee will apply. You can contact us to review and adjust your delivery destination through KEX shop or our Call Centre by dialing 1217.
