What qualifies as a bulky item for KEX Bulky?
KEX Bulky is a delivery service for parcels with a total weight of more than 20 kg and up to 60 kg. The total parcel dimensions must not exceed 355 cm (length + width + height), and the length of any single side must not exceed 200 cm.
Which areas are covered by KEX Bulky service?
Transportation for large-sized items is available nationwide across Thailand. However, additional charges apply for deliveries to remote areas.
How is pricing calculated for bulky service?
Shipping fees for oversized items are determined based on weight and dimensions as measured by the company’s personnel. The company will compare the actual measured weight with the actual measured dimensions (volumetric weight), and service charges will be calculated based on the greater of the two values.
How can I track my bulky shipment?
You can track bulky shipments through four channels: the KEX website, the KEX application, Live Chat, and LINE Official Account (@KEXThailand). Simply enter the tracking number to view full shipment details, including the estimated delivery date.
