This Policy establishes the framework for preventing, detecting, and responding to corruption and fraud across the organization.
It reinforces ethical conduct, compliance with applicable laws, and a culture of accountability, ensuring that business decisions are made with integrity and in the best interests of stakeholders.
Zero Tolerance
KEX Express prohibits all forms of corruption, bribery, and fraudulent conduct, whether direct or indirect.
No Facilitation Payments
The Company does not give or receive facilitation payments, except where legally permitted as official fees and properly documented.
Compliance with Laws
All operations must comply with anti-corruption laws and regulations in Thailand and in jurisdictions where the Company conducts business.
Fair and Transparent Dealings
Business decisions must be made fairly, without improper influence, undisclosed conflicts of interest, or personal gain.
Responsible Gifts and Hospitality
Gifts, entertainment, donations, and sponsorships must be appropriate, transparent, lawful, and must not influence business decisions.
Political Neutrality
The Company does not provide political contributions or support to political parties, politicians, or candidates in the name of the Company.
Third-Party Accountability
Business partners and representatives acting on behalf of the Company are expected to comply with equivalent anti-corruption standards.
Protection and Fair Treatment
Employees who refuse to engage in corruption or report concerns in good faith will be protected from retaliation.

Audit Committee
Reviews the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and anti-corruption measures.
Risk Management Committee
Monitors fraud and corruption risks and advises on mitigation strategies.
Management
Implements the Policy, ensures appropriate controls, and promotes awareness and training across the organization.
Internal Audit
Evaluates internal control systems and investigates potential fraud or corruption risks.
Employees
Must comply with this Policy and report suspected violations through established channels. Good-faith reporting is protected from retaliation.

Corruption and fraud undermine trust and sustainable growth.
