KEX Launches “KEX Bulky,” Setting a New Standard for Large Parcel Logistics in Thailand

15 Dec 2025

15 December 2025 – KEX Express (Thailand) Public Company Limited, the country’s leading express delivery provider (KEX), makes a strategic move into the large parcel logistics market (Bulk Product) with the launch of “KEX Bulky” This new service offers a comprehensive end-to-end delivery and installation solution, responding to the exponential growth in the market for electrical appliances, furniture, fitness equipment, and lifestyle products. This expansion is driven by the continued rise of e-commerce, the recovery of consumer purchasing power, and increasing foreign investment, particularly from China.

Over the past 1–2 years, Thai consumer behavior has shifted significantly, moving from purchasing small items to ordering larger products online—ranging from refrigerators, washing machines, and furniture to fitness equipment. Consequently, the “Large Parcel Market” has become one of the fastest-growing segments in the logistics industry. However, despite surging demand, operators across the supply chain still face structural limitations. These include inconsistent transport standards across different areas, limited nationwide network coverage, damage during transit, and the fragmentation of service providers (separating delivery from installation), all of which increase hidden costs and diminish the customer experience.

KEX Bulky was developed to bridge this gap through a unified, all-in-one service model. The process covers everything from product pickup and specialized handling for large items to doorstep delivery, professional installation by expert teams, and after-sales care—all operating under a single nationwide standard. The goal is to provide a “One-Stop Solution,” reducing complexity for business operators while elevating the end-consumer experience.

Mr. Jiawei Zhang, Chief Executive Officer of KEX, stated, “Currently, the market for large products in Thailand is growing continuously, especially in the electrical appliance, furniture, and fitness equipment sectors. Consumers demand more than just home delivery; they expect professional installation and reliable quality control. KEX aims to establish a new benchmark for large parcel delivery in Thailand with a service that is stable, trustworthy, and standardized across the entire network. This will enhance the competitiveness of Thai operators sustainably while delivering a superior experience at every customer touchpoint.”

A key factor reinforcing KEX’s confidence in the potential of KEX Bulky is the leverage of logistics infrastructure expertise from SF Express, the largest integrated logistics leader in China and Asia. This includes backend technology, the management of specialized installation teams, and network design capable of supporting future market expansion, allowing KEX to elevate its operations to international standards.

The target audience for KEX Bulky covers manufacturers of electrical appliances and furniture, Home & Living brands, e-commerce platforms, and foreign investors establishing production bases in Thailand. These groups share a common need for logistics services that reduce backend complexity, minimize quality risks, and increase end-customer confidence.

Commercially, the launch of KEX Bulky marks an expansion of KEX’s role from a “Parcel Carrier” to a major “Logistics Infrastructure Player” connecting the entire supply chain. KEX expects this to significantly increase its B2B Bulky client base, boost revenue from value-added services, and extend its comprehensive logistics ecosystem in the long term.

In a move to fortify this vision, KEX has entered into strategic partnerships with Thailand’s leading industry allies, including MD Consumer Appliance (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (Midea) and TCL Electronics (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (TCL). These collaborations aim to co-develop a unified national standard for delivery and installation services. Meanwhile, the participation of King Power International Co., Ltd. as a long-standing partner reflects its confidence in KEX’s capabilities and a shared commitment to elevating Thailand’s large-parcel logistics to new industrial benchmark.

“We believe that the launch of KEX Bulky is not merely adding a new service to the market, but a major step in upgrading Thailand’s large parcel logistics industry to support the digital economy and sustainable future investment,” Mr. Jiawei Zhang concluded.
