Mr. Jiawei Zhang
Executive Director, Chairman of the Executive Committee, CEO
Mr. Zhang is an experienced logistics executive with extensive leadership background within SF Group. He currently serves as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of KEX Express (Thailand), overseeing the company's overall strategy, operations, and organizational performance.
Prior to joining KEX in 2024, he held several senior leadership positions across SF Group, including General Manager of major business districts and Head of Operations Management at Group Headquarters. His experience spans large-scale operations management, regional business development, and performance optimization within the logistics industry.

Ms. Miao Jie (Jessica)
Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Ms. Jessica is a distinguished finance executive with extensive expertise in international financial analysis, strategic budget management, and corporate governance. Effective March 1, 2026, she was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of KEX Express (Thailand) Public Company Limited. In this key leadership role, she is responsible for driving the company’s financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and strengthening financial governance to support KEX’s long-term growth and operational excellence.
Prior to joining KEX, Ms. Miao held senior leadership positions within SF Express, where she most recently served as the Head of Overseas Financial Analysis at the International Business Center in Shenzhen (2024–2025). Her tenure at SF Express also included leading the Budget Management and Finance Analysis team at the company’s headquarters from 2019 to 2024. Her professional portfolio is further bolstered by diverse international experience, having served as Finance Director for Jack Sewing Machine Co., Ltd. (Germany/China), Business Controller at Nokia Solutions and Networks (Shanghai), and Accounting Manager at ZTE Deutschland GmbH in Germany.
Ms. Jessica’s strong foundation in finance is supported by an elite academic background, holding both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Finance and Banking, from the University of Mannheim, Germany. Her early career development at prestigious firms such as KPMG and Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, combined with her deep understanding of global markets, equips her with the strategic foresight necessary to navigate complex financial landscapes and contribute to the continued success of the organization.
Mr. Chunxiao Chen (Kyson)
Director
Mr. Chen has operational leadership experience in supply chain management, procurement, and general affairs within the logistics sector. He currently serves as Director and oversees Supply Chain and Procurement functions at KEX Express (Thailand).
He has previously held operational and property management leadership roles within SF Express across multiple regions, contributing to operational efficiency and infrastructure management.

Ms. Bee Ti Ooi
Non-executive Director
Ms. Bee Ti Ooi, aged 54, serves as a Non-executive Director of KEX Express (Thailand) Public Company Limited. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Thames Valley University (University of West London), United Kingdom, and has completed the Director Accreditation Program (DAP) from the Thai Institute of Directors Association. Her expertise in finance, corporate governance, and strategic management supports the Company’s direction following its delisting from the Stock Exchange of Thailand in October 2025.
She also sits on the Board of Kerry Logistics Network Limited since 2023, where she is a member of the Audit and Compliance Committee, and holds directorships in several SF Group entities, including SF International Holding (Thailand) Company Limited and SF International Treasury Management PTE. LTD.
Throughout her career, Ms. Ooi has held senior management and directorship roles across SF Holding and affiliated companies, overseeing financial services, technology, and supply chain operations. Her broad international experience in finance, investment, and governance enables her to contribute effectively to strategic direction and long-term value creation for the Company.
Mr. Hoi Ching Raymond Yeung
Non-executive Director
Mr. Raymond currently serves as a Non-executive Director at KEX Express (Thailand) Public Company Limited. He holds a prestigious academic background, including a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Northwestern University, USA. This solid educational foundation has provided him with a global perspective and deep expertise in strategic management and international economics.
With over a decade of high-level financial and strategic experience, Mr. Raymond previously spent seven years as the Executive Director of the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs. Since 2019, he has played a critical role at S.F. Holding Company Limited as the Head of International M&A, Partnerships, and Post-Merger Integration. His professional trajectory demonstrates a strong command of corporate finance and the ability to lead large-scale business integrations across international borders.
Beyond his involvement with KEX, where he formerly served on the Risk Management Committee through early 2025, Mr. Raymond holds numerous directorships in leading technology and logistics firms, such as S.F. Express (Overseas) Limited and Phoenix Wings Technology. His extensive portfolio of leadership roles across Asia and Oceania reflects his expertise in navigating complex global markets and driving the strategic growth of the modern logistics and supply chain industry.

Mr. Lok Stephen Bao
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Mr. Stephen Bao has been a driving force behind KEX Express’s regional operations since 2015. Starting in a pivotal IT leadership role, he oversaw technology functions across a wide array of Southeast Asian markets, including Thailand and Hong Kong. During this period, he was instrumental in leading digital transformation initiatives that emphasized seamless system integration and enhanced operational efficiency throughout the company’s extensive network.
Having served as the Chief Operating Officer since March 2025, Mr. Stephen subsequently transitioned to the role of Chief Marketing Officer effective April 1, 2026. Prior to these executive appointments, he broadened his expertise as Corporate Planning Director and Transit Operation Director, focusing on strategic network planning, rigorous cost management, and process optimization to drive sustainable business growth. He holds a Bachelor of Computing Science from the University of Alberta, Canada.
Mr. Weidong Mao (Victor)
Chief Human Resource Officer (CHO)
Mr. Mao serves as Chief Human Resource Officer of KEX Express (Thailand), leading the company’s people strategy, talent development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
He brings extensive HR leadership experience from Alibaba Group’s Retail Logistics Center and SF Express Group, where he managed regional HR operations and workforce strategy across large-scale logistics organizations.

Mr. Wensong Fan
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Mr. Fan serves as Chief Technology Officer of KEX Express (Thailand), overseeing technology strategy, digital infrastructure, and system innovation across the organization.
He previously held senior technology leadership roles within cross-border logistics and express technology platforms, including Head of IT at Kerry Express and Head of Cross-border Technology at SF Group.

Mr. Jianwen Liang (Kavin)
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Mr. Kavin serves as the Chief Operations Officer (COO), appointed on April 1, 2026. A graduate of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University, he brings over a decade of leadership experience in logistics, having previously served as Head of Last Mile Delivery and Head of Operations. His career is defined by a strong commitment to operational excellence and a clean record of corporate compliance.
Strategically, Mr. Kavin focuses on modernizing workflows by "eliminating outdated processes" to drive efficiency and growth. He is instrumental in fostering agility within the organization through the development of multi-skilled teams, ensuring the workforce remains responsive to shifting market demands.
One of his key contributions is the successful implementation of visual management systems. This initiative has significantly enhanced data transparency and streamlined strategic decision-making, strengthening the company’s overall operational framework and competitive edge.
