Service Terms and Conditions:

*The Next Day Delivery service is available exclusively for shipments with both the origin and destination located within Bangkok and the Greater Bangkok area.

*Parcels must be dropped off at a KEX branch located in the service area on a working day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and official public holidays), and within the branch’s cut-off time. Cut-off times vary by location and can be confirmed at each branch.

*KEX reserves the right to exclude delays caused by force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, traffic disruptions, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond the company’s reasonable control.

*For purposes of this service, “Greater Bangkok” refers to the provinces of Nonthaburi, Samut Prakan, Pathum Thani, Nakhon Pathom, and Samut Sakhon.

*Service availability and all related conditions are subject to KEX’s internal policies and may be amended from time to time without prior notice.

*Delivery within the next working day is subject to compliance with all service conditions, including but not limited to drop-off times and area restrictions.
