Whether it’s durian, mangosteen, rambutan, longan, or fruits from other local orchards, we ensure that these fruits reach customers in all regions across Thailand, from the farms straight to their doorsteps with fast, secure, and cost-effective delivery while maintaining the highest quality of fruits during transit, ensuring customer satisfaction. Under this campaign, KEX focuses on delivering fresh fruits from farms to consumers quickly and safely using modern transportation technology, high safety standards, and specially designed packaging to protect the fruits. The packaging consists of five layers with ventilation holes and is available in six sizes. Additionally, we have introduced the “Fruit” symbol on the parcel label, ensuring these packages extra care and deliver them promptly to maintain the freshness of the fruits as if purchased directly from local farmers.

Moreover, KEX is dedicated to supporting Thai farmers, helping them grow by connecting their fresh produce directly to consumers without middleman. This allows local farmers to sell their fruits at reasonable prices while reducing dependency on middlemen. We also provide free pickup service from farms. In collaboration with the Department of Agricultural Extension, KEX is offering a 10% discount to farmers with a valid agricultural registration card (Green Book) when using our fruit delivery service. Additionally, real-time tracking of deliveries ensures that fruits arrive in perfect condition.
