What is Exchange Service?
The 'Exchange service' means that when KEX receives the items that need to be replaced in accordance with the requirements of the E-commerce platform / merchant, and after the inspection list provided by the E-commerce platform / merchant is consistent, the replaced items are delivered to the user, and the recovered items are returned to the E-commerce platform / merchant's service.

This service verifies the product based on seller/platform requirements before shipping a replacement to reduce return errors
Remark Parcels that are sealed cannot be opened for inspection in accordance with Thai law.

The seller and platform can easily track the exchange using linked tracking numbers, making the process transparent and efficient.
Exchange Service Flow

The seller requests Exchange Service from KEX
When the seller requests an exchange, simply submit a pickup request to KEX System. This will start the exchange process.

KEX receive a new item from the seller store
KEX will arrange pickup from seller store and collect the replacement item that needs to be delivered to customer.

KEX pick up the old item from customer first, then deliver the new one.
To ensure a successful exchange, KEX delivers the new item only after collecting the old item from customer. This ensures both parties are satisfied and the process is trackable.

KEX send the old item back to the seller store
The returned item from customer is delivered back to seller store, completing the exchange loop.
